30-day money-back guarantee

The Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions and one-time report purchases on the South Sudan Smart DRR platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at blueleafict@gmail.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access to paid features ends at the same time. Within the first 30 days, you may also request a refund of the most recent subscription payment using the process above.
